You focus on your home. We handle the documentation, the scope, and the back-and-forth with your carrier.
Direct Insurance Billing
Most homeowners don't know what documentation their insurance carrier actually needs — and many restoration companies don't either. We do. Every job we run is documented with the adjuster in mind, from first photos to final drying report.
What We Handle
Every affected room, surface, and material photographed at intake and throughout the job using Encircle field software.
Daily moisture readings on all affected materials — walls, floors, ceilings — recorded with location, material type, and reading values over time.
Serial numbers, placement locations, and daily run hours for every air mover and dehumidifier on your job.
Temperature, relative humidity, and grain per pound readings taken at each monitoring session — the data adjusters ask for.
A detailed written scope of all work performed, formatted for insurance review.
When materials reach dry standard, we document final readings and issue a signed drying completion report.
The Process
Call 661-912-6344 and we're onsite within 60 minutes. We assess scope and start extraction the same day.
Photos, moisture readings, and equipment placement begin at arrival. Nothing is done undocumented.
You file the claim with your carrier. We provide the documentation they'll ask for and can communicate directly with your adjuster.
We check back daily, log readings, and adjust equipment. You're kept updated throughout.
Once dry standard is reached, we hand you the complete job package — everything your carrier needs to close the claim.
Common Questions
No. We start work immediately to stop the damage from spreading. You can file during or after mitigation. Waiting to file should never mean waiting to mitigate.
Most standard homeowner policies cover sudden and accidental water damage — burst pipes, appliance failures, and similar events. Slow leaks and flood damage (rising water) are typically handled differently. We can help you understand what's likely covered based on the cause.
Yes. We can bill your carrier directly and work within your claim. We'll coordinate with the adjuster on scope and documentation.
Our documentation is built to prevent that. If a dispute arises, we have the photos, logs, moisture readings, and equipment records to support every line item.
Get us onsite first — we'll protect the scene, start documentation, and help you understand your options before you talk to your carrier.
